How long until I get my stuff?

What do I do if the item I am looking for is no longer available for purchase online?

Regrettably, because of high demand, certain items may sell out rapidly online. If you come across something you absolutely must have, don't hesitate to make your purchase promptly! In case you do miss out on an item, don't worry—reach out to us, and we'll notify you if it becomes available again. As soon as we receive a fresh batch of stock ready for purchase, you'll receive an email informing you of its availability.

What is your returns policy?
  1. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
  2. Please return products within 10 days after receiving products.
  3. You must provide photographic evidence of any damaged or defective products.
  4. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Support@invidiq.com with your order number, details of the issue, and supporting photographs if applicable.
What if you guys sent me a faulty or missing item?
  1. For incorrect products, INVIDIQ offers a full refund or replacement.
  2. For products with wrong color, size which doesn't affect product function, etc., INVIDIQ  offers a refund or resend if you provide a screenshot of your clients' complaint including name, content and date.
  3. For parts missing which doesn’t affect product function, INVIDIQ  may refund partially or resend the missing part; for parts missing which affect product function, INVIDIQ  will resend the product only.
